We accept In-Network and Out-of-Network benefits (out-of-network rate adjustments may be possible to provide you with rates similar to your in-network!)
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. When you email or call for an appointment, we will ask for your insurance provider, date of birth, and ID number and will check with them to find out:
- If you have mental health or substance abuse insurance benefits
- What your In-Network and Out-Of-Network benefits are
- What is your deductible and has it been met
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session and what is your out-of-pocket cost
We will inform you of what your coverage is and what your out-of-pocket cost will be BEFORE your first session so there are no surprises, as no one likes financial surprises!
If your insurance won't pay much for services, a reduced fee for services may be available on a limited basis.
Payment: Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Health Savings Account are accepted for payment.
**Cancellation Policy: Hours set aside for you are not easily filled when they are cancelled with short notice. For this reason, except in the case of an emergency, kindly provide 24-hour cancellation notice (this also applies to your first session.)
